Flexe / Service 08

Mechanical
Installation.
We build, you energise.

Ship us your transformers, switchgear, control gear or genset. We mechanically install your kit into a Flexe enclosure — or build the enclosure around it — so your installers and engineers stay focused on what they do best: electrical connection, energisation and commissioning.

Customer electrical equipment mechanically installed inside a Flexe enclosure

Example: transformer and switchgear built into a Flexe module — electrical termination and commissioning by the customer's contractor.

What we do

  • Receive your transformers, switchgear, control gear, generator, BESS or auxiliary equipment at our factory.
  • Mechanically install your equipment into a stock Flexe enclosure (FlexEhouse, FlexEpod, FlexEskid, FlexEstack).
  • Or build a bespoke Flexe enclosure around your equipment when footprint, height or layout demands it.
  • Lifting, fixing down, bracketry, vibration mounts, cable trays, transit penetrations, sealing and weatherproofing.
  • Pre-delivery checks, lifting plan, transport packaging and documentation handed over with the unit.

Stays with the customer

  • All electrical installation and internal wiring of your equipment.
  • All cable termination, glanding and connection — power and control.
  • Energisation, protection settings and commissioning.
  • Any factory or site witness testing of the electrical system.

WE NEVER TERMINATE POWER CABLING OR COMMISSION ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT — THAT STAYS WITH THE CUSTOMER'S ELECTRICAL CONTRACTOR / INTEGRATOR.

Flexe / Why this works

Off your critical path. Onto ours.

Compress programme

Mechanical fit-out runs in parallel with site civils and grid works — your equipment arrives already built into its enclosure, ready for electrical connection.

Reduce on-site risk

Heavy lifts, working at height and confined fit-out happen in a controlled factory environment, not on a live or weather-exposed site.

Single mechanical interface

One supplier owns the enclosure, the brackets, the penetrations and the equipment fit. No interface gaps between cabinet maker, integrator and site team.

Manage workload

Offload mechanical scope from your engineering and site teams so they can stay focused on electrical design, connection and commissioning.

Next step

Tell us about your equipment.

Share the equipment schedule, weights and footprints. We'll propose a Flexe enclosure and a mechanical fit-out plan that drops onto your site programme.
